KINDWORK CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FELLOWSHIP

Our free 7-week hybrid training program prepares talented young adults (ages 20-26) for rewarding careers in Customer Experience and Customer Success within the tech sector. Fellows receive comprehensive skills training in industry-recognized software platforms, business communication, professional skills, effective interviewing and networking techniques, personalized job placement assistance, and a full year of one-on-one coaching support following placement.

KindWork Fellows are talented, motivated young adults from overlooked communities ready to transform their economic futures. They come to our program with a strong customer service orientation and natural people skills that make them ideal candidates for Customer Experience roles. Throughout our program, Fellows enhance their already existing skills with industry-recognized software skills and professional development.

OUR PROGRAM

Our free 7-week training curriculum emphasizes professional communication and organizational skills, in addition to job-specific platform instruction to prepare students for work in Customer Experience and Customer Success careers in the tech sector. Training is hybrid (70% in-person, 30% remote).

Fellows will receive job placement assistance and one-on-one coaching support for one year after landing their first tech role.

Our fellowship program is employer-informed and developed alongside hiring managers at top tech companies. KindWork partners with tech industry employers to build more inclusive hiring practices and create opportunities for our graduates.

CAREER COACHING & JOB PLACEMENT

One-on-one and small group coaching is integral to the KindWork approach, ensuring our graduates have the support they need to navigate their tech job search and new workplace.

Every new KindWork graduate meets weekly with a dedicated Coach throughout their job search until they land an offer! Coaches make direct referrals to our employer partners and help graduates prepare strong cold applications to other companies.

ALUMNI COACHING SERVICES

Our support doesn’t end when KindWork graduates land their first tech role. We provide a full year of alumni coaching with regular check-ins, networking events, and professional development opportunities to help them advance their careers.

Graduates also gain access to our online job search tools and personalized guidance for navigating career transitions. If a graduate ever needs help finding new opportunities, our team is there to provide support, ensuring that your time with KindWork becomes a lifelong tool for professional success.
