Customer Experience careers are critical, frontline roles at many tech companies. Working as a Customer Support or Customer Experience specialist is a great way to get your foot in the door at a leading tech company.
To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:
*KindWork will provide loaner laptops and/or internet assistance as needed
If you’re interested in applying to KindWork, please attend one of our scheduled information sessions or watch a prerecorded version. Following the information session, you will have the opportunity to submit a full application.

Following the information session, you will be asked to complete an application package that consists of an intake form and a short assessment. Based on your application, you may move forward to the next step, which is a 1:1 interview with a KindWork team member.

After completing the interest form, you must attend an online information session where you will learn more about the training program. Please check the calendar to find the dates for upcoming info sessions.
