Customer Experience careers are critical, frontline roles at many tech companies. Working as a Customer Support or Customer Experience specialist is a great way to get your foot in the door at a leading tech company.
*KindWork will provide loaner laptops and/or internet assistance as needed
If you’re interested in applying to KindWork, please attend one of our scheduled information sessions to fill out an application and meet with program staff. There’s no need to RSVP. Complete the interest form below. Please ensure you have reviewed the eligibility requirements before submitting the interest form. The Fall 2022 KindWork Fellowship will start on September 6, 2022. Recruitment for the Fall 2022 Fellowship will start in June 2022. If you are interested please fill out the interest form below and allow us up to 2-3 days to review your submission and a KindWork coach will reach out with the next steps.

After you fill out the online interest form (above) a KindWork coach will reach out to confirm your eligibility and invite you to attend a required information session. Following the information session, you will be asked to complete an application package that consists of an intake form and a short assessment. Based on your application, KindWork will invite you to a 1:1 interview.
All information sessions will take place online via Zoom. After completing the interest form, staff will reach out to invite you to an online information session where you will learn more about the training program.
Info sessions are held on Zoom every Tuesday at 5 pm and Thursdays at 11 am. To receive the Zoom link you must fill out the interest form (located above).
Following the live info session, you will be invited to submit an application package.
