Housing Career Pathways graduates are all prescreened and have successfully completed a rigorous training program. Graduates leave our program with the skills needed to succeed in administrative careers in the affordable housing industry. Graduates gain a solid foundation in Affordable Housing, HPD Marketing Handbook, Digital Literacy, and Soft Skills Development.

HOW TO HIRE A MARINE DECKHAND GRADUATE

Marine Deckhand training graduates are all prescreened, have passed a drug test, and have successfully completed a rigorous training program. Graduates leave our program ready to work, with TWIC credential in hand, and the skills needed to succeed in the maritime industry. 

Graduates Learn:

• Knots & rope-tying
• Vessel parts & systems
• Maps & navigation
• Customer service & teamwork
• Transportation Worker Identification Cards (TWIC) & access to Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) credentials
