Requirements:
• Please arrive on time (click on the Zoom link 10 minutes before the start time to work out technical issues) and be prepared to stay for at least 1 hour
• 18+ years of age | 6 months of NYC residency and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available full-time during training
• 2-year commitment to working freelance production hours in the television & film industry after training
• A valid driver’s license is required to enroll in this program (out-of-state licenses are accepted)

BOULEVARD TOGETHER – PORTER & MAINTENANCE WORKER TRAINING
When: Friday, September 10, 2021 | 10 AM

THIS FREE TRAINING PROGRAM combines job readiness skills with the technical training needed to launch your career as a building porter. No experience is needed before training. After training, graduates will apply for work at the Boulevard Together Properties (Boulevard Houses, Fiorentino Plaza, and Belmont-Sutter Area).
You must fill out the online interest form prior to attending the online info session. Upon completion of the interest form, a team member will reach out to you to share an invite to the online Zoom info session.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Must be a NYCHA resident
– Committed to beginning full-time work as a porter/maintenance worker post-training
– 18 years of age or older
– Have valid working documentation
– Able to lift 50 lbs. or more
– Perform 8 hours of physical work each day
– Available for full-time training Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
