HOW TO HIRE A “MADE IN NY” PA

Professional productions can hire PAs who have completed the “Made in NY” PA Training Program. We can connect productions to available PAs several weeks in advance or at a moment’s notice. We also arrange interviews or direct placements for productions looking to hire our program graduates. This is a free service offered to productions shooting in NYC and surrounding areas.

PRE-SCREENED

Every “Made in NY” PA is a licensed driver who has undergone a rigorous selection process. Our program is highly competitive; we choose individuals who demonstrate outstanding motivation and commitment.

TRAINED

Trainees receive over 150 hours of intensive classroom and field training that prepares them to work on set and in the production office. The 4-week, full-time training is taught by industry professionals

EXPERIENCED

Our graduates have worked on feature films, episodic and reality TV, commercials, music videos, documentaries, and news. In addition to skilled set and office PAs, many graduates have been promoted to Assistant Coordinators, Key PAs, and Unit PAs in locations, art department, wardrobe and more.
