APPLY: ARE YOU READY TO START A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CAREER IN TECH?

Customer Experience careers are critical, frontline roles at many tech companies. Working as a Customer Support or Customer Experience specialist is a great way to get your foot in the door at a leading tech company.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
  • 20-26 years old
  • Must have a High School Equivalency or High School Diploma
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Live in New York City
  • Are low-income, under or unemployed, or receiving public assistance
  • Have basic computer skills, including typing
  • Have access to a computer and internet*
  • 6-12 months of previous job experience(s)
  • Able to attend all classes for seven weeks
  • Ready to work full-time in the tech industry following graduation
HOW TO APPLY

If you’re interested in applying to KindWork, please attend one of our scheduled information sessions or watch a prerecorded version. Following the information session, you will have the opportunity to submit a full application.

After completing an interest form, applicants have 2 weeks to watch the virtual session and submit a full application package

After you fill out the online interest form (above), you must next attend a required information session. Following the information session, you will be asked to complete an application package that consists of an intake form and a short assessment. Based on your application, you may move forward to the next step, which is a 1:1 interview with a KindWork team member.

INFORMATION SESSIONS:

After you fill out the online interest form (above), a KindWork coach will reach out to confirm your eligibility and invite you to attend a required information session. Following the information session, you will be asked to complete an application package that consists of an intake form and a short assessment. Based on your application, KindWork may invite you to complete a 1:1 virtual interview.

LIVE ONLINE INFO SESSION TIMES

After completing the interest form, you must attend an online information session where you will learn more about the training program. Please check the calendar to find the dates for upcoming info sessions.
