Our free 7-week training course covers industry-standard customer support software platforms to prepare students for work in Customer Experience and Customer Success careers in the tech sector. Training is hybrid (70% in-person, 30% remote).
Fellows will receive job placement assistance and one-on-one coaching support for one year after graduation.
Spring 2025 Training Dates:
Orientation: 4/14/2025
First Day of Skills Training: 4/29/2025
Graduation: 6/13/2025
Application Deadline: 4/10/2025
Final Decisions: 4/18/2025
*KindWork will provide loaner laptops and/or internet assistance as needed
After completing an Application Request Form, applicants have 2 weeks to watch the virtual session and submit a full application package.

4. Interview – if selected to advance, we will reach out to schedule your Zoom interview
